Sure, you can come to our ongoing work sites anytime. To visit our completed works, please contact us beforehand and we will make arrangements for you.
Once you contact our Care Cell with your issue, depending upon the nature of service and the applicable warranty, our care representative will advise you on whether it is covered under warranty or chargeable.
You can share the floor plan with our designers, that should help us to start your project. In case you don’t have the floor plan, we will assign our representative for a site visit. Be assured, our representatives will follow all the necessary protocols for your safety as well as their own.
Decor-x Care is our Post-installation Service and Warranty Program. This covers all products manufactured, supplied and installed by Decor-x Interior Pvt Ltd.
